What does BP volt out range or BP Freq Out Range mean?

BP Volt Out Range or BP Freq Out range indicates that the input voltage or frequency is out side of a tolerance window.

In some UPS it is also listed as Bypass Unavailable.

If a UPS is giving both alarms, that is likely an indication that there is a complete outage on the input of the UPS.

If just the frequency or voltage is out of range this is indicating that the input frequency or voltage is either too high or too low compared to the nominal output settings.

On the display check the measurements and compare the input to the output and troubleshoot from there.

Tech support can be contacted based on the UPS at 1-800-356-5737 or 1-800-843-9433.
