How will customers be notified about the retirement of the old PredictPulse platform?

All current US subscribers to PredictPulse will be notified via a series of email communications starting in 2020 about being migrated to the new PredictPulse platform. Subscribers with connected eligible single phase (DPQ) devices will be offered a no-charge Gigabit Network-M2 card and instructions on replacing and activating PredictPulse. Customers with EOSL models and devices with obsolete Network Card-MS will receive special communication letters and calls. EOSL subscribers will no longer be eligible for PredictPulse and will receive a credit for any services no longer supported in addition, EOSL subscribers will be eligible for a product refresh promotion.
