As often as they’d like. Customers have the option to sign up for text, email, and phone call notifications for Critical alarms, in addition to having access to a mobile app and browser dashboard, wherein their UPS data will be displayed. On the first of every month they’ll also be sent a monthly summary report of their unit’s health and alarm history.
