All customers who previously purchased IPM can participate in the upgrade program. Customers who purchased an IPM license on or after January 1, 2020, are eligible to receive an equivalent license free of charge. Customers who purchased an IPM license before January 1, 2020, qualify for a special 50 percent upgrade discount.
